Tim and Martia are thankful to be an extension of the Discovery Baptist family serving in Natal, Brazil. Their primary ministry activity is teaching at a Bible college focused on pastoral training (www.seminariobereiano.com.br) and secondarily, they assist in a local church plant (www.timandmartia.com).
Both of Tim and Martia were born and raised in God-fearing Christian homes. While still young they personally believed in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. They met at Bible College and both already had already heard the call of God to missions. It wasn’t until after graduation that God brought their paths together in marriage. They have four daughters: Natalie, Rebecca, Rachel and Hannah.
They appreciate the fellowship God gives them with family as well as the Christian family and look forward to the warm fellowship they enjoy when they have the opportunity to be with the Discovery Baptist family of God.
