Audio/Video/Photo: Notice, Waiver, and Release

As part of our church outreach, Discovery Baptist Church (DBC) regularly streams (audio and video), records, and photographs Sunday services and other church events. These recordings and photographs may be broadcasted and published by DBC, and may also be used for advertising and/or other church-related purposes. By entering the premises you consent to the aforementioned, agree to release Discovery Baptist Church and its personnel from any liability associated with all such use, and agree to waive all rights to inspect/approve any media and make any payment/payment claims for all such use.
