There's nothing like the great outdoors... especially when you view them in the light of an awesome Creator! Families frequently say, "We got to know others in the church SO much better at Family Camp! We can't wait for next year!" Yes, great friendships are formed (for both kids and adults) as we worship our Savior, study the Word, share our meals, play games, and get our sunburns together! No shirt and tie combos or high-heels allowed. Relax, bring your tent or RV (or hammock), and be refreshed in Christ!
2022 FAMILY DAY CAMP: We were able to reserve the new pavilion at Belfair State Park for all of Saturday, August 13, 2022! Everyone welcome any time from 9am to 8pm. No fee, other than getting your own Discover Pass through the state park system.
Fun on the water! With 3,720 feet of saltwater shoreline on the beautiful Hood Canal, be sure to bring along your kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes for sharing and making memories. The large field will also allow for plenty of games.
Food and More Food! Lunch potluck; pack your own dinner and s'mores.
2022 “UNOFFICIAL” FAMILY CAMP: Want to camp overnight 1 or 2 nights prior to Aug 13? Grab a tent or RV space on your own ASAP! Undoubtedly several (or more) Discovery families will be camping there. Limited spaces left at the park, so reserve quickly for the nights of Aug 11 and/or 12 if interested. (We'll make sure all the over-nighters get connected and know who's at the park.)
